I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces. They gave me all the information I needed about the city and even helped with the currency exchange. The hotel was located in a great area, very close to the center of town, including the Royal Palace. They even provided transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable price. The best part was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were clean and new, with a very comfortable bed.
Nothing for me.

Great location near popular shopping area and restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. the room I stayed in was very spacious and had a good view from the window. the staff was friendly and gave me recommendations for local cuisine.
The bathroom had a bad smell and was not well-maintained. the bedding was dirty and not changed every day.

Warm blankets and attentive staff
Spent Xmas at a budget hotel and the only thing warm were the blankets. Not only was the heating not working, but the hot water took ages to get to our shower. On a positive note, the staff were really attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. They even came up with suggestions for things to do in the area. The location was also great, close to restaurants and shops. Despite the chilly room, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the warm service.
If you're visiting during the winter, be warned that the heating might not be working. We spent most of Xmas shivering under multiple blankets.
